Batch Support Analyst – Enterprise Batch Processing

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Technology Analyst to join its Batch Support team in Mexico City. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and managing enterprise‑wide batch jobs across multiple platforms and data environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage end‑to‑end batch processing cycles for various applications.
• Investigate and resolve job failures, delays, and SLA breaches promptly.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, incident, problem, and escalation handling.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data availability and system stability.
• Support weekend batch activities and on‑call rotations as required.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in batch monitoring and processing in enterprise environments.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays) and occasional weekends on call.
• Domain knowledge in banking or wealth management is a plus.
