Bell Desk Attendant

About the role

The Bell Desk Attendant provides essential guest services at Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol, ensuring smooth luggage handling and welcoming experiences for arriving and departing guests. This role supports the hotel’s commitment to luxury hospitality with a personal touch.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to rooms, and offer assistance throughout the lobby.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms during check‑in and check‑out, maintaining accurate delivery records.
• Assist guests with packing, unpacking, and special luggage requests.
• Deliver and collect hotel packages, perform deliveries and pickups to guest rooms.
• Provide hotel tours, property orientations, and answer guest inquiries about services, events, and local information.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hospitality service.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak) and Spanish.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Valid work authorization in Mexico.
