About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our call centre in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City. The successful candidate will handle inbound inquiries in both English and Spanish, resolve issues promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls and messages in English and Spanish.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems and provide accurate information.
- Document interactions in the company’s system and follow up on open cases.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, policies and procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum B2 level English proficiency (advanced).
- At least one year of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
