Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager – Mexico

About the role

International Dairy Queen, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth agenda for Dairy Queen Mexico. The role will own strategy and execution across first‑party online ordering, third‑party delivery platforms and loyalty programmes, driving incremental sales, frequency and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement digital channel growth strategy, monitoring KPIs such as digital sales mix, conversion, frequency, average check and retention.
• Develop performance dashboards, reporting cadences and data‑driven optimisation routines.
• Plan and execute day‑to‑day operations for all digital platforms, creating SOPs, playbooks and standards for internal teams, agencies and franchisees.
• Manage relationships with third‑party delivery aggregators, improving awareness, promotions, profitability and compliance.
• Build repeatable, franchise‑ready digital operating models that can scale across Mexico and support the broader Latin America & Caribbean region.
• Collaborate with IT, Fan Relations, Operations, Brand Marketing and external partners to translate strategy into operational reality.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience leading digital marketing initiatives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence franchisees and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable commercial performance.
