About the role

TelevisaUnivision’s Public Relations department is seeking a professional Bilingual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at its Santa Fe corporate office. The role combines front‑desk management with excellent customer service, supporting both internal teams and external guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and manage visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer and route phone calls in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain an organized and tidy front‑desk area.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to internal staff and external partners.
• Assist with the planning and execution of in‑house and external events.
• Support visitor management and security protocols.
