Bilingual Teacher (English/Spanish) – Preschool to Middle School

About the role

Brillamont is seeking enthusiastic bilingual teachers to join its community across preschool, elementary and middle‑school levels. The role involves delivering engaging, standards‑based instruction in English and Spanish while fostering a safe, inclusive environment that supports students’ academic and socio‑emotional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons in core subjects for Pre‑Kinder through Middle School.
• Create a respectful, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes values such as empathy, responsibility and positive habits.
• Monitor and assess students’ academic, behavioral and emotional progress, providing timely feedback.
• Communicate regularly with families and support staff to support student development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, specialists and school leadership on interdisciplinary projects and school events.
• Participate in festivals, assemblies, exhibitions, graduations and community‑building activities such as Brillamont Development Days.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in bilingual or international school settings.
• Strong classroom‑management and instructional‑planning abilities.
• Ability to build meaningful connections with students, families and colleagues.

Required skills

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
