Bilingual Trainer – Americas

About the role

The Bilingual Trainer will support regional training and learning needs across the Americas, focusing on new‑hire onboarding, multiskill migration, and continuous education solutions. This role works closely with Global Business Services (GBS) departments and Member Services to ensure staff have the knowledge and tools to serve customers effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver functional and upskilling training for GBS teams such as Global Engagement Center, Global Distributor Administration Support, and Creative Services.
• Provide Member Services staff with up‑to‑date information, rule interpretations, and application guidance.
• Develop and maintain training materials, knowledge bases, and recurring agendas.
• Generate training reports using dashboards, activity logs, training planners, and Kirkpatrick methodology.
• Participate in special projects including UAT, research, SKU testing, meeting attendance, and call assistance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and administrative tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English (bilingual required).
• Leadership, commitment, and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in sales and marketing planning.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Problem‑solving skills, strategic thinking, and data analysis capability.
• Training experience within a call‑center environment and a background in learning & development.
• Bachelor’s degree; instructional design certification preferred.
