Boutique Manager

About the role
The Boutique Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s boutique areas, including the Main Boutique and Artisan Pop‑ups. This role ensures that the boutique environment delivers excellent guest service while driving sales in line with the hotel’s philosophy and departmental mission.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, supervise and administer all aspects of boutique operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Identify the needs of each boutique and its staff, implementing solutions that enhance service quality and sales performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with established sales and guest‑service procedures.
- Coordinate timely departmental purchases, guaranteeing that product quality meets the hotel’s standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail or boutique management within a hospitality setting.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and guest‑service standards.
- Ability to assess operational needs and implement effective improvements.
