Boutique Sales Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Boutique Sales Manager leads Chanel’s Los Cabos boutique, ensuring outstanding commercial results, a premium client experience, and flawless operational execution. Reporting to the Fashion Director, you will act as the brand’s ambassador, driving team performance and upholding Chanel’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and develop a team of five Fashion Advisors and one Stockist, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Define and implement the boutique’s business strategy, monitor sales, and analyse product performance to optimise assortment and inventory.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain compelling product presentation and ensure compliance with Chanel procedures.
• Prepare and deliver regular business and operational reports to regional leadership.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, build lasting relationships, and support boutique events and activations.
• Identify opportunities to improve client service and boutique efficiency, acting as the primary point of contact for boutique leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a luxury boutique or retail team, preferably within fashion.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales data and drive performance.
• Deep understanding of luxury brand standards and client‑centric service.
• Excellent people‑management skills, including recruitment, coaching and performance evaluation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with visual merchandising, buying and regional teams.
