Brand Creative Coordinator

About the role

The Brand Creative Coordinator supports the development and execution of brand content across campaigns, toolkits, and social platforms. This role blends creative ideation, content creation, and production coordination while ensuring all outputs align with global brand standards and are adapted for the Mexico market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand content and visual assets for campaigns, toolkits, and social media.
• Adapt and localize global toolkits and assets to ensure relevance for the Mexico audience.
• Support creative ideation and storytelling for 360° communication plans.
• Create and refine layouts and content across print, digital, and social formats.
• Coordinate production planning and execution for photo and video shoots with external partners.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the creation of sales‑force‑facing materials and communication tools.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
