Brand Executive

About the role

The Brand Executive will act as the central facilitator for the Brands&People team in Monterrey, ensuring smooth information flow, healthy dynamics and timely communication between internal teams and clients. You will manage daily project deadlines, coordinate cross‑functional activities and serve as the go‑to person for questions about tasks, schedules and responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily work for the team and keep information flowing.
• Anticipate issues and stay one step ahead of project timelines.
• Monitor and report the status of current projects.
• Document agreements and issues from every meeting.
• Provide concise recaps to the team and clients.
• Share relevant details with the Brand Manager or client as needed.
• Research and deliver pertinent information in a clear manner.
• Keep working files visible, up‑to‑date and accessible to all.
• Ensure deadlines are followed and met.
• Coordinate timely execution of deliverables with all parties.
• Follow tasks through completion, acting as the final quality filter.
• Record worked hours accurately as evidence of effort.
• Report the team’s worked hours in a complete and timely fashion.
• Integrate and simplify information for the Brand Manager to create progress presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Project or Account Management (Advertising).
• Ability to explain complex information in simple, clear terms.
• Strong preference for order and structure.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Common sense and sound judgment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑care skills.
• Accurate record‑keeping.
