Brand Specialist – Marketing & Communications

About the role

Royalton Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Brand Specialist to help develop and execute brand initiatives that boost awareness, engage guests, and ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and rollout of brand and marketing initiatives across multiple properties.
• Produce and manage marketing, sales, and operational collateral that aligns with brand standards.
• Write, review, and proofread promotional content and communications.
• Maintain consistent application of brand identity, messaging, and visual guidelines.
• Coordinate photography and video productions, handling vendor relationships and on‑site execution.
• Manage creative projects from briefing through delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Update digital asset libraries and marketing resources.
• Conduct brand audits and recommend improvements for brand consistency.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for internal stakeholders.
• Assist the Brand Manager with strategic branding projects and special initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, branding, communications or a similar role.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to brand excellence.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Hospitality, tourism or travel industry experience is a plus.
