Brand Strategist

About the role

KOMMUNA is looking for a strategic and highly organized Brand Strategist to turn client briefs into clear, actionable plans. You will coordinate internal teams, ensure flawless execution, and connect business goals with compelling campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand and communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Translate briefs into actionable tasks for design, content, and media teams.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on point, and in strategic alignment.
• Maintain constant communication with Project Management and support the creation of presentations and monthly reports.
• Review deliverables for quality before client presentation.
• Follow up on active campaigns and propose improvements.
• Participate in key client meetings to present strategies and iterate based on feedback.
• Document processes, learnings, and workflows to strengthen internal operations.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with great attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in an agency, consultancy, or marketing department focusing on strategy and execution.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to speak the languages of brand, performance, content, and metrics.
• Passion for improving processes, delivering quality, and building brands that connect.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion.
• Advanced use of Google Slides.
• Experience with Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Google Ads.
• Ability to analyze key metrics such as CTR, ROAS, engagement, and conversion.
