Business Analyst, Forecasting & Analytics

About the role

You will join the Network Operations Excellence team within DoorDash’s Global Support and Integrity Operations organization. As a Junior Business Analyst you will support forecasting and analytics initiatives that help scale global operations and improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Excel and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data‑driven answers.
• Support demand‑planning by gathering data and updating forecasting models.
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.
• Monitor and triage ad‑hoc requests, helping unlock operational efficiencies.
• Work closely with senior analysts and cross‑functional teams including Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Approximately 2 years of relevant analytical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Foundational knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Sigma) or willingness to learn.
