Business Development Manager (FX/CFD) – Mexico

About the role

D Prime, a globally recognised online broker, is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its client base and strengthen partnerships across Mexico. You will promote our multi‑asset CFD trading solutions and build long‑term relationships with traders, introducing brokers and affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and existing markets, acquiring and retaining clients for our trading platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, IBs and affiliates.
• Identify client trading needs and propose suitable brokerage services and platforms.
• Communicate D Prime’s value proposition, trading conditions and partnership programmes.
• Research sales statistics, assess growth opportunities and track market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, partners and clients in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Dealing, Compliance, Marketing, Support) to ensure high service standards.
• Deliver presentations, webinars and platform demonstrations to prospective partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within a CFD/Forex brokerage.
• Strong understanding of FX, CFDs and brokerage operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Existing network of traders, IBs or affiliates is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset to identify revenue opportunities and track market trends.
• Target‑driven with a track record of meeting KPIs and revenue goals.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings, expos and industry events.
