We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join the launch team of our brand‑new co‑working space opening on February 3, 2025. In this role you will be at the forefront of building strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping a vibrant community for professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives.

Key responsibilities

Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses, startups, and service providers.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to drive membership growth.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create events and programs that foster community engagement.
Track partnership performance and report on key metrics to senior leadership.
