Business Finance Controller (Deployment)

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a Business Finance Controller (Deployment) to join its hybrid team in either Nashville, TN or Monterrey, MX. The role focuses on financial analysis and partnership to shape the future supply chain, supporting long‑term industrial planning and ensuring effective capital deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, financially sound business cases in partnership with project managers.
• Drive governance and control for project execution, monitoring financial expectations and highlighting gaps.
• Provide a holistic view of strategic movements within the Business Unit, illustrating financial impacts of projects.
• Collaborate with Plant Finance partners, accounting, and Business Unit Finance teams to deliver accurate project evaluations and clear communication of outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all organizational levels.
• Proactive in knowledge‑sharing, collaboration, and personal development.
• Deep understanding of financial metrics such as cost, cash flow, margin, NPV and related KPIs.
