Buyer – Supply Chain & Procurement

About the role

The Buyer will manage purchase orders and inventory for multiple product groups supporting Mammotome’s Production Department. You will ensure material availability, optimise stock levels and drive supply‑chain efficiency using planning tools such as MRP, PFEP, ROP and Kanban.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels using min/max, JIT, CRP, Kanban, MRP and PFEP models.
• Analyse production plans to forecast material demand and execute purchasing actions.
• Meet on‑time delivery (OTD) targets and control inventory value through daily management.
• Create and manage purchase orders, monitor supplier performance and resolve price or delivery discrepancies.
• Develop root‑cause analyses and corrective actions using a structured problem‑solving process.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 environmental procedures and contribute to sustainability goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain and procurement, including MRP, JIT, Kanban and inventory management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
