Campaign Manager

About the role

The Campaign Manager at Arrow Electronics will plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive measurable results. You will work closely with Marketing Account Managers, creative teams, digital specialists and sales stakeholders to transform strategic priorities into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing Account Managers and Pursuit Marketing to shape campaign briefs, define objectives and align with business priorities.
• Manage the development and execution of integrated campaigns across email, web, social, digital ads and events.
• Coordinate campaign activities from planning through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements.
• Track campaign timelines and budgets using project‑management tools such as Workfront.
• Maintain oversight of execution quality, including proofing and compliance checks.
• Track performance against KPIs such as engagement, conversion and pipeline contribution.
• Compile and analyze campaign data to generate detailed reports for Marketing Account Management.

Required profile

• Typically a 4‑year degree with 3–5 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous project‑management experience in a marketing agency or internal shared‑service environment.
• Experience with marketing automation, traditional marketing tactics and demand‑creation assets.

Required skills

• Workfront (project‑management tool)
• HubSpot, Eloqua or Marketo (CRM and marketing automation platforms)
• Strong knowledge of marketing channel effectiveness and mix
