About the role
We are looking for a friendly, organized and detail‑oriented Host/Hostess to keep our unique workspace, Camp.us, running smoothly. You will combine operations and hospitality duties to ensure every staff and guest experience feels seamless and reflects our brand culture.
Key responsibilities
- Open and close the facilities, manage daily cleaning and oversee janitorial staff.
- Prepare, reset and restock conference rooms with markers, whiteboards, paper and refreshments.
- Handle maintenance tickets, conduct quality‑control walkthroughs and resolve issues promptly.
- Welcome visitors, manage check‑ins, serve seasonal welcome drinks and add guests to the community mailing list.
- Coordinate food‑and‑beverage offerings, maintain the work café, and ensure sound levels for events.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in operations, hospitality or related fields.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Obsessive about order, cleanliness and a neat appearance.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking and organizational abilities.
