Campus Recruiter – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX). In this role you will partner with Deloitte’s technology services to attract top university talent while working from our Queretaro office.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full life‑cycle recruiting for experienced technology roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and campus ambassadors.
• Plan and coordinate university events such as job fairs, branding sessions, and discussion panels.
• Develop a talent pipeline (Talent Seedbed) within target schools.
• Conduct proactive market research to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, assessing fit and motivation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Based in Queretaro or willing to relocate.
• Strong knowledge of the Queretaro university market.
• Experience handling high‑volume hiring and large‑scale recruitment campaigns.
• Proven event‑planning experience with universities.
