Capacity Fulfillment Project Manager

About the role

The Capacity Fulfillment Project Manager will lead cross‑functional initiatives to ensure capital equipment is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards for the Gas Value Stream. This position offers exposure to sourcing, global supply chain, engineering, and installation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project management activities that support on‑time delivery of capital projects.
• Coordinate business case approval, technical specifications, RFQs, and purchase orders.
• Maintain and update Smartsheet schedules, integrating sourcing, procurement, installation, and qualification steps.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and roadmap sessions to accelerate capacity ramp‑up.
• Identify and implement cost‑out opportunities and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment across fulfillment, installation, and supply‑chain workstreams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in production supervision and continuous‑improvement leadership.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet (project scheduling software).
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools or concepts (optional).
