Cargo Supervisor

About the role
The Cargo Supervisor leads the marine crew in daily cargo operations on oil tankers and offshore FPSO/FSO vessels. This senior position ensures safe and efficient loading, off‑loading, and ballasting activities while maintaining compliance with maritime safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the marine crew in all daily activities related to cargo handling.
- Train Green Hat personnel onboard.
- Oversee cargo off‑loading operations under the Master’s supervision.
- Manage loading and ballasting procedures under the Master’s supervision.
- Conduct risk assessments for all daily operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience as Chief Officer on oil tankers.
- At least 1 year experience on an FPSO as Cargo Supervisor.
- Valid Chief Mate License.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
