Centralized Monitoring Analyst – Talent Pool

About the role

PPD, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking motivated individuals to join its Talent Pool for Centralized Monitoring. You will work with cross‑functional teams to evaluate clinical trial data, identify issues, and support risk‑based monitoring strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Independently review and analyse clinical trial data using various tools and systems in line with the centralized monitoring plan.
• Characterise, track and report evidence of issues, signals and potential risks.
• Perform complex and root‑cause analyses to connect signals to risks and ensure timely, high‑quality results.
• Contribute to the development of monitoring plans, risk‑assessment tools and cross‑functional risk meetings.
• Generate findings reports after review cycles and may act as data‑analytics lead on selected projects.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant academic or vocational qualification.
• Prior experience in clinical monitoring, data management, biostatistics or related fields supporting clinical trials.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical/problem‑solving skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to work productively under supervision while maintaining confidentiality of clinical data.
