Channel Sales Manager – Walmart Channel

About the role

The Channel Sales Manager for Walmart will own the strategic direction and overall performance of Edgewell’s portfolio across all Walmart formats, including Supercenter, Bodega, Sam’s Club and e‑commerce. This role combines analytical rigor with creative partnership building to drive profitable growth and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term Walmart strategy, setting ambitious growth targets across all categories and formats.
• Lead Joint Business Plan (JBP) and Annual Business Plan (ABP) processes, ensuring alignment with trade marketing and global corporate goals.
• Manage the P&L for the Walmart ecosystem, overseeing trade spend (deflator), pricing performance and rebate structures.
• Validate sales proposals from Key Account Managers and Executives to ensure profitability and compliance with promotional programs.
• Monitor key performance indicators, conduct regular performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the order‑to‑cash process, inventory optimization and weighted distribution to guarantee product availability while minimizing overstock.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel or key‑account management within large retail environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and KPIs.
• Business‑owner attitude capable of driving profitable growth and trade‑investment ROI.
