Charter Flights Analyst

About the role

Viva is looking for a highly organized Charter Flights Analyst to support the administrative and operational coordination of domestic and international charter flights. You will work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth execution, accurate financial tracking, and high‑quality service in a fast‑paced aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational follow‑up for charter flight operations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Treasury, Airports, and Billing departments.
• Monitor payments, invoicing, reconciliations and pre‑payments related to charter activities.
• Prepare operational, financial and commercial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and optimise administrative processes.
• Follow up on contracts, documentation and client requirements.
• Maintain operational databases, trackers and controls.
• Assist with logistics coordination for special flights and operational requests.
• Identify administrative risks and ensure timely resolution.
• Support audits and documentation reviews.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative coordination, operations, logistics, finance or related areas.
• Experience in aviation, tourism, logistics or transportation is a plus.
