Client Advisor – Luxury Boutique (Palacio, Santa Fe)

About the role

As a Client Advisor you will represent the Christian Louboutin brand within the Palacio department store in Santa Fe, delivering an exceptional, luxury‑focused shopping experience. Working under the guidance of management, you will build lasting client relationships, promote new collections, and contribute to the boutique’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs across all product categories.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, including industry trends, leather construction, and proprietary Louboutin details.
• Promote the Special Order Program and coordinate with the Paris Special Orders Department.
• Create a welcoming, client‑centric atmosphere that reflects the brand’s values.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and use storytelling to enhance the Louboutin experience.
• Utilize CRM tools for client outreach, product launches, and events.
• Support daily store operations: inventory management, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately using both the Christian Louboutin and department‑store POS systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Strong passion for luxury retail and ability to work an 8‑hour shift while wearing brand products.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self‑driven approach to achieving sales goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using CRM and order‑management applications (e.g., Loubilink).
• Cash handling and accurate transaction processing.
