Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Mexico City)

About the role

The Client Advisor will represent a leading luxury fashion house in Mexico City, delivering an exceptional client experience while driving sales performance. This position combines product expertise, personalized service, and operational efficiency to uphold the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and critical performance metrics.
• Build and maintain a client book, following up on inquiries, concerns, and special requests such as repairs, orders, and returns.
• Maintain accurate use of the POS system and update the customer database.
• Participate in stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store opening/closing duties.
• Provide training and mentorship to new advisors and contribute to team meetings.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention, health, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong drive for results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; strong organizational and digital literacy.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lb.
