Client Advisor – Masaryk

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Gucci, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service to a discerning clientele while embodying Gucci’s heritage and contemporary vision.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing personalized advice on fashion trends and luxury products.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to nurture relationships and identify high‑potential clients.
• Drive cross‑selling and up‑selling across all product categories to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members, contribute to visual merchandising standards, and ensure product replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Communicate Gucci’s philosophy and culture, acting as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a luxury or fashion environment.
• Passionate about fashion with strong business acumen and brand commitment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
• Flexible, multitasking, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a motivated group.
