About the role
As a Client Solutions Manager for Key Accounts in Mexico, you will partner with TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team to drive revenue growth by delivering tailored advertising solutions to top advertisers. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining data‑driven insights with TikTok’s unique ad products to help clients achieve their marketing objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with key advertisers, conducting regular business reviews and adopting a consultative selling approach.
- Educate clients on TikTok’s ad features, trends, and best practices, recommending custom solutions and new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve advertising strategies and meet sales targets.
- Work cross‑functionally with Ad Ops, Product, R&D and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and resolve client issues.
- Gather marketplace feedback to influence TikTok’s advertising strategy and product roadmap.
- Lead custom marketing programs and sponsorships, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or client services within digital marketing.
- Hands‑on experience working with brand or performance advertisers and executing custom branded campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends and make actionable recommendations.
