About the role
The Clinic Office Representative provides essential front‑desk support for the Arkansas Pulmonary Clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow and excellent service during regular business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in patients upon arrival.
- Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments.
- Maintain and file patient records accurately.
- Check patients out and collect payments.
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous clinic or medical office experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Typing speed of 35‑40 words per minute.

What we offer
- Full‑time daytime schedule, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm.
- Bi‑weekly authorized hours totaling 80 hours.
