Clinic Office Representative

About the role

The Clinic Office Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival to departure. Working within the BH Center for Medical Research, this role supports daily clinic operations during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in patients, verifying personal and insurance information.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
• Maintain and file patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Process patient check‑out, collect payments, and issue receipts.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a clinical or medical office preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Basic typing proficiency (35‑40 words per minute).
