Collections / Accounts Receivable Associate

About the role

Arrow is seeking a Collections / Accounts Receivable Associate to join its Credit and Collections team in Guadalajara. The role focuses on contacting customers, negotiating payment solutions, and maintaining positive business relationships while supporting the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments, negotiate payment plans and obtain necessary approvals.
• Investigate reasons for non‑payment, follow up on disputes, and take actions such as credit holds or order placements.
• Collaborate with sales teams across the US, Canada and international markets to review order releases and set limits based on analysis.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of collections or accounts receivable experience.
• Strong negotiating abilities and excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and build effective client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems (preferred).
