Commercial Coordinator Internship – Travel Retail (Mexico)

About the role

This internship supports the Travel Retail team of a leading luxury fashion and beauty brand, focusing on key distributors in Mexico and the U.S. market. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager to assist in sales tracking, operational coordination, and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Track sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze sell‑out data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends across international markets.
• Coordinate product orders with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and update forecasts as required.
• Prepare meeting decks, presentations, and keep key account files up to date.
• Support projects related to sales, operations, and brand initiatives on the Travel Retail channel.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Interest in luxury beauty, retail, or distributor industries.
• Experience with P&L analysis (gross‑to‑net).
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
