Commercial Executive – New Graduate (Property & Casualty)

About the role

Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, is looking for a new graduate to join its Commercial Team in the Arcos Bosques office in Mexico City. The role sits in the Property & Casualty line and involves negotiating with the reinsurance market and managing placements and negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate with the reinsurance market for the best terms and conditions for clients' insurance programs in Property & Casualty lines.
• Manage placements and negotiations with both markets and the commercial segments.
• Prepare the deliverables established for each business segment.
• Draft proposal components and develop improvements in processes and negotiations that help Placement win new business.

Required profile

• New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years ago in Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics or Administration.
• Internship experience or no more than 4 years of experience.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, ability to work in teams and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Power BI.
