About the role
Drive pricing governance, commercial profitability, and policy compliance across Mexico and North LATAM by transforming complex commercial data into strategic actions that improve revenue, margins, and business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze pricing performance, margin trends, customer profitability, and commercial data to identify opportunities that enhance revenue, profitability, and pricing effectiveness across the region.
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and regional stakeholders to provide pricing guidance, support customer negotiations, and ensure alignment with commercial policies.
- Oversee trade spend, rebate governance, and pricing controls, ensuring transparency, compliance, and accurate reporting across customer, country, and regional levels.
- Track and reconcile trade spend balances, accruals, commitments, and spend, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting compliance with internal control standards.
- Lead pricing and margin improvement initiatives, implement pricing tools, track key performance indicators, and develop insights through dashboards and data analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support the adoption of pricing tools and reporting enhancements, and link pricing actions to broader business KPIs such as profitability, market share, and customer value.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and analytical support to Sales and Finance teams to strengthen pricing discipline, improve execution, and enhance understanding of pricing and margin implications.
Required profile
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Strategic Management, Auditing, Accounting, Revenue Growth Management, or related commercial roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, data analysis and interpretation, KPI reporting, financial analysis, stakeholder management, and pricing strategy development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English with ability to work effectively with global and cross‑functional stakeholders in a virtual environment.
- Highly analytical professional able to translate complex data into business insights, challenge stakeholders when necessary, and balance commercial objectives with policy compliance.
