Communication & PR Specialist – Monterrey Campus

About the role

ZF is seeking a seasoned Communication & PR Specialist to lead internal and external communications for its new Monterrey campus. You will shape brand awareness, support recruiting initiatives, and position ZF as a thought leader in mobility and automotive technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 1‑2 year brand awareness campaign for the Monterrey campus.
• Lead country‑wide internal and external communication strategy, including social media, digital channels, and video production.
• Collaborate with North America Communications to align strategic concepts and participate in weekly NA meetings.
• Create and manage communication plans for trade shows, media events, customer and internal activities.
• Maintain media relationships and act as primary contact for industry, business, and local press.
• Prepare press releases, byline articles, keynote presentations, and other communication materials.
• Support HR with recruiting events, campus tours, employee engagement, and employer branding.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a marketing agency.
• Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills.
• Experience managing social media and digital communication channels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
