Communications Manager

About the role

The Communications Manager will bring the NovaFin brand to life across all owned and earned channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging throughout the customer journey. This execution‑focused role translates brand strategy into high‑quality communications that build trust, engagement, and recognition.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent application of NovaFin’s brand identity, voice, tone, and messaging across all customer‑facing communications.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines and communication standards; review internal and external materials for brand alignment.
• Own and manage organic social media, blog, content hub and other owned channels, planning content, copy, publishing cadence and community engagement.
• Develop and manage media relations, press releases, media kits, corporate announcements and executive communications.
• Create creative briefs and coordinate designers, agencies, freelancers and production partners to deliver marketing assets on time and on brand.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, PR firms and production vendors, overseeing timelines, budgets and quality.
• Monitor community interactions, customer feedback and brand sentiment to strengthen perception and advocacy.
• Track and report on content, social media, PR and brand performance metrics.
