Communications Manager – Strategic Advisor

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Communications Manager to act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. You will translate business priorities into communication strategies that drive alignment, support transformation initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic communications plans aligned with organizational priorities.
• Advise VP and C‑level stakeholders on all communication matters.
• Design and deliver change‑management and transformation communications.
• Show executive presence and influence outcomes within complex matrix environments.
• Adapt communications strategies to evolving business needs and apply AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Balance strategic advisory work with hands‑on delivery of high‑quality communication outputs.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years in a lead, manager or coordinator role and 5 years leading a team.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp organizational priorities.
• Proven experience advising VP and C‑level leaders.
• Executive presence and ability to influence in matrix organizations.
• Outcomes‑oriented mindset with a continuous‑improvement approach.
• Advanced spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
