Communications Specialist

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Communications Specialist to act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. You will translate business priorities into communication strategies that drive alignment, support organizational change, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly understand organizational priorities and align communications accordingly.
• Advise VP and C‑level stakeholders on all communication matters.
• Develop and execute strategic communications plans and provide consulting support to internal leaders.
• Create and deliver change‑management and transformation communications.
• Demonstrate executive presence and influence within complex matrix environments.
• Adapt communications strategies to evolving business needs.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance communication effectiveness and productivity.
• Maintain an outcomes‑oriented mindset and continuously improve communication activities.
• Switch seamlessly between strategic advisory work and hands‑on delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a lead, manager or coordinator role.
• Experience leading a team of 20+ employees.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp organizational priorities.
• Proven track record advising VP and C‑level leaders.
• Executive presence and ability to influence in matrix organizations.
• Outcomes‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
