Communications Specialist – Mexico & LATAM Regional Hub

About the role

As a Communications Specialist for Siemens Energy, you will lead the planning and execution of the branding strategy for Mexico while supporting strategic projects across the broader Latin American region. The role bridges local execution with the company’s global vision, leveraging digital channels, social media, and events to amplify the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Mexico’s branding and communications strategy in line with global priorities.
• Plan, manage, and execute internal and external events such as thought‑leadership conferences and employer‑branding activities.
• Ensure local brand governance and consistency across all external touchpoints, managing suppliers, agencies, and event partners.
• Design, launch, and monitor digital communications and social‑media campaigns, tracking KPIs like reach, impressions and engagement.
• Integrate generative AI tools to scale content creation, optimise campaigns and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Support cross‑border campaigns for the regional communications hub, driving agile project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of corporate communications experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven track record managing social‑media content and offline/online brand campaigns with measurable KPIs.
• Strong project‑management expertise, comfortable leading complex initiatives in a matrixed, agile setting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
