Monks is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead social media and communication campaigns that align with our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate thrives on new opportunities, creates engaging content, and builds strong brand communities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute social media and communication campaigns in line with marketing objectives.
• Maintain and activate content calendars, ensuring timely publication of posts.
• Produce engaging text, image, and video content for various social platforms.
• Respond promptly to comments and customer inquiries.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on feedback, online reviews, and sentiment across platforms.
• Organize and participate in events to strengthen community ties and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Work with data strategists to deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Conduct weekly and monthly reporting, including organic metrics, sentiment analysis, and competitive insights.
• Provide social listening and stay updated on digital technology trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to track and interpret community metrics.
• Familiarity with the entertainment market and consumer behavior.
• Experience developing and implementing community strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social listening tools.
• Experience managing Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Ability to analyze metrics and generate digital reports.
