Community Manager

About the role

KOMMUNA MEDIA is looking for a dynamic Community Manager to be the voice of the brand across digital channels. You will create, publish, and nurture content that engages audiences, builds loyalty, and reflects the company’s innovative spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages and community feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports and recommend improvements.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies to boost brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and propose innovative community initiatives.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a passion for digital communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns.
• Data‑driven attitude with basic understanding of analytics tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Bilingual communication (Spanish & English).
• Basic analytics tools for measuring engagement.
• Graphic design or short‑form video editing for content creation.
