Community Partner Manager (English, Spanish)

About the role

Google’s Global Partnerships team is looking for a Community Partner Manager to lead and scale creator communities across Spanish‑Speaking Latin America. You will onboard, educate, and support thousands of creators, driving product adoption through targeted communications and quarterly bootcamps.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of top and emerging creators, designing scalable communication plans for different creator segments.
• Onboard new creators, provide ongoing education, and act as the primary point of contact for community support.
• Host quarterly product‑focused bootcamps to accelerate adoption and create product ambassadors.
• Develop and execute an operational model using multiple communication platforms and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to gather feedback and showcase new features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking within technology‑related industries.
• Proven experience working with C‑level executives and managing agreements or partnerships.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Mexican citizenship (required by local labor law).
