Concierge Assistant Manager

About the role

The Concierge Assistant Manager will support the Guest Experience Manager in leading the Concierge team at Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol. This position ensures that guests receive personalized, timely service that reflects the luxury standards of the Four Seasons brand.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Concierge team, guaranteeing proper coverage and adherence to departmental standards.
• Monitor and follow up on guest requests, ensuring responses are personalized, consistent, and aligned with guest needs.
• Conduct monthly benchmark audits and standard testing to maintain service quality.
• Schedule and coordinate staff training, reinforcing the Four Seasons service culture.
• Discipline staff when necessary and manage performance issues.
• Organize daily staff rosters and ensure seamless handovers between shifts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Concierge with supervisory or Assistant Manager responsibilities.
• Strong command of English – reading, writing and speaking.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules as required by hotel operations.
