Concierge – Guest Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Concierge is a central member of the Front Office team at Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol, responsible for managing the pre‑arrival experience and ensuring seamless in‑house service. You will act as the liaison between guests and the Hacienda Host, coordinating transportation, dining, activities and special requests to create memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all pre‑arrival communications, including transportation, restaurant and activity bookings.
• Coordinate with operating departments to arrange in‑room amenities, special setups and personalized touches.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay, addressing requests with professionalism and hospitality.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of resort offerings, local attractions and cultural events to provide tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Hacienda Host to ensure flawless execution of guest‑requested experiences.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality environment.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong team spirit, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment using multiple computer systems.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation and property management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills to anticipate guest needs.
