Concrete Laborer

About the role

Fisher Industries is seeking a Concrete Laborer to join its heavy civil construction teams. You will learn and perform all aspects of forming, pouring, and stripping footings and walls while supporting large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Move materials to and from storage and job sites.
  • Bend, place, and tie rebar.
  • Strip footings, form panels, and tie bar.
  • Place waiving and set grade.
  • Clean the site, remove tools and supplies, and load trucks.
  • Keep trucks and trailers stocked and ready for deployment.
  • Follow OSHA and company safety policies at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Experience with concrete pouring and working with building crews.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor‑vehicle record per company policy.
  • Hardworking attitude, positive work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions (heat above 100°F, cold, rain).
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lb.
