Construction Estimator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our pre‑construction team. You will be responsible for developing accurate budgets and quantity takeoffs for ground‑up multifamily and commercial projects across the United States, ensuring projects are financially viable before construction begins.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed quantity takeoffs, and competitive cost estimates.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to define project scope.
• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Perform cost analysis, value engineering, and bid leveling.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients throughout pre‑construction.
• Support seamless turnover from estimating to construction phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating or pre‑construction.
• Experience with ground‑up commercial or multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Professional English communication (C1 level or higher).
• Willingness to travel to project sites, client meetings, and pre‑construction activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift, On‑Screen Takeoff, or Sage Estimating.
• Advanced Excel skills.
