Consumer Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Consumer Marketing Coordinator will support the execution and operational management of consumer marketing strategies for MAC Cosmetics. This role ensures alignment between strategy, execution, performance tracking and daily operations across social, influencer, CRM, content, PR, digital and omnichannel touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute social media strategies, content calendars and cadence.
• Support influencer strategy development, talent selection, performance analysis and reporting.
• Manage campaign coordination, briefing processes and asset management.
• Facilitate content development workflows and creator ecosystem support.
• Align CRM, digital and omnichannel campaigns.
• Track KPIs, produce reports, and conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Handle operational execution, process management and cross‑functional follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Digital, CRM, PR, E‑commerce, agencies and regional teams.
• Assist in budget tracking, financial coordination and operational processes for consumer initiatives.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and strategic with strong operational focus.
• Ability to support decision‑making through data, performance analysis and market insights.
• Experience evaluating influencer and talent profiles against KPIs and brand fit.
• Excellent coordination skills and attention to detail.
