Content Agent

About the role

The Content Agent ensures that HBX Group’s product portfolio meets internal content standards and policy guidelines. Working closely with sourcing, content, and sales teams, the role guarantees high‑quality, consistent product information across all platforms to support sales performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Validate that all new products go live according to internal style and content standards.
• Review product descriptions, structure, and image quality for consistency and accuracy.
• Translate product content into the native language while maintaining tone, branding, and linguistic quality.
• Validate product attributes, modalities, and services in collaboration with loading teams.
• Identify and resolve potential content issues that could affect the customer journey.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Content, and Sales teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
• Maintain alignment between voucher and web data through weekly and quarterly plans.
• Conduct destination and product revisions to keep content up‑to‑date and compliant.
• Meet translation and content validation targets (e.g., T2M, voucher and factsheet timelines).

Required profile

• Proven experience in content management, localization, or quality‑assurance roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review large volumes of content accurately.
• Experience working with CMS or internal content platforms.
• Ability to manage deadlines and meet performance targets.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Understanding of the full product lifecycle and a strategic “big picture” perspective.
• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple priorities.
